Interesting Project!

Check out this project! This property was a gut job when it was purchased back in April, 2021 for $1,856,000. As a quick refresher, semi-detached properties were going for $1.3M on average back then, with a mean of 7 days on the market (DOM). Currently, the average price remains similar to the purchase time, but the DOM has been doubled!
The property was then gorgeously transformed and now it is listed for the first time since, at $4,395,000. That said, this is on an 18'x128' lot. Not your desired frontage maybe?
Evoking a New York City brownstone vibe, while the exterior of the property is very simple, the interior details are out of this world! Dark herringbone wood floors contrasted with the stark white walls and marble stone, 12-foot waterfall marble island with a wine fridge and built-in dishwasher, and the second floor library overlooking the living and dining, just to name a few. The backyard is personally sealing it for me!
How much do you think the whole transformation costed the owners? Are you curious to see how much it is going to go for? What do you think the home is worth? Share your thought in the comments.
