Interesting Project!

Check out this project! This property was a gut job when it was purchased back in April, 2021 for $1,856,000. As a quick refresher, semi-detached properties were going for $1.3M on average back then, with a mean of 7 days on the market (DOM). Currently, the average price remains similar to the purchase time, but the DOM has been doubled!

The property was then gorgeously transformed and now it is listed for the first time since, at $4,395,000. That said, this is on an 18'x128' lot. Not your desired frontage maybe?
